Employee Ward Quota: Reserved for sons/daughters of regular, contractual, or deputation employees.

Selection Process

  1. BHU Employee Ward Admission: Admissions for employee ward candidates will be conducted first.
  2. Divyang (OH) Quota: 3% of seats will be allotted horizontally by e-lottery.
  3. Category-wise Seat Allotment:
    • ST candidates (Remaining seats after Divyang quota)
    • SC candidates
    • OBC-NCL candidates
    • EWS candidates
  4. Unreserved Category: Remaining seats will be allocated to unreserved category applicants.

Note: Separate waiting lists will be prepared for each category.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • For Bal Vatika-2, 3 & Class I: Date of Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam or Kutumb Register (attested copy) and Aadhar of the child and parents.
  • For Class VI: Date of birth mentioned in Class V Marks Sheet or Transfer Certificate.
  • Divyang (OH) Candidates: Original and attested copy of the Divyang Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer or Civil Surgeon.

CHS Admission Process Details

  • Admissions are provisional and subject to document verification.
  • If any false information is detected, admission will be canceled at any stage.
  • Applicants must submit the admission fee on the specified date; otherwise, the next candidate from the waiting list will be admitted.
  • Candidates from the waiting list will be admitted only if seats remain vacant.

Random E-Lottery Process

The selection process involves random number generation in Microsoft Excel using a random seed for transparency. The audience at the lottery event will draw a chit to determine the random seed. The generated random numbers will be sorted to create a merit list.
