1. Private Secretary
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- 3 years as a Personal Assistant or 5 years as a Stenographer in Govt./University/PSU.
- Stenography speed: 120 wpm (English) / 100 wpm (Hindi).
- Typing speed: 35 wpm (English) / 30 wpm (Hindi).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Desirable: Strong communication skills, and proficiency in English.
- Skill Test: Computer Typing, Dictation, Noting & Drafting.
2. Personal Assistant
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience:
- 2 years as a Stenographer with knowledge of computers in Govt./University/PSU/private company (Rs. 200+ Crore turnover).
- Stenography speed: 100 wpm (English/Hindi).

3. Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
