South Asian University Walk-In Interview 2026: 33 Outsourced Posts on 27 October

Overview

South Asian University (SAU), established by the governments of SAARC nations, is conducting a walk-in interview to recruit candidates for 33 outsourced positions. The interview is scheduled for 27 October 2026 (Tuesday) from 10:30 AM onwards at the Ground Floor, Administrative Block, South Asian University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Veterinarian (1 post): Bachelor’s in Veterinary Sciences (B.V.Sc.) with valid registration and minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory animal sciences.
• Office Assistant-cum-Hostel Caretaker (1 post): Relevant experience of minimum 2 years required.
• Office Assistant (2 posts): Graduates with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Linux/System Administrator (1 post): Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years experience in Linux server management and related skills.
• Laboratory Assistant (1 post): Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with at least 55% marks, 3-5 years experience in Life Sciences/Biotechnology labs.
• Laboratory Attendant (1 post): 12th pass with 3-5 years working in laboratory attendant roles.
• Content Creator (1 post): Graduate degree with up to 5 years experience in content writing, editing, or communications.
• Graphic Designer (1 post): 10+2 pass with diploma in designing preferred, fresher or 1 year experience in design software.
• Guest House Manager (1 post): Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality, BHM desirable.
• Supervisor (2 posts): Graduates with 2-5 years experience in catering/hostel supervision and cash handling.
• Head Chef (1 post): 12th pass with at least 3 years experience as head chef.
• Assistant Chef/Cook (4 posts): 8th pass with 3 years cooking experience in hostel mess/catering.
• Waiter (8 posts): 10th pass, with at least 1 year experience preferred.
• Bell Boy (3 posts): 10th pass with 1 year experience in hospitality.
• Utility Staff/Helper (2 posts): 1 year experience in hospitality-related work.
• Ambulance Driver (1 post): 10+2 and commercial driving license with 3-5 years commercial driving experience, preferably ambulance driving.

Pay Scale

• Veterinarian: Rs. 60,000 per month
• Office Assistant-cum-Hostel Caretaker: Rs. 25,000-35,000 per month
• Office Assistant: Rs. 25,000-35,000 per month
• Linux/System Administrator: Rs. 50,000-60,000 per month
• Laboratory Assistant: Rs. 25,000-35,000 per month
• Laboratory Attendant: Rs. 22,000-25,000 per month
• Content Creator: Rs. 45,000-50,000 per month
• Graphic Designer: Rs. 25,000-35,000 per month
• Guest House Manager: Rs. 45,000-55,000 per month
• Supervisor: Rs. 25,000-30,000 per month
• Head Chef: Rs. 45,000-50,000 per month
• Assistant Chef/Cook: Rs. 24,000 per month
• Waiter: Rs. 22,000 per month
• Bell Boy: Rs. 22,000 per month
• Utility Staff/Helper: Rs. 22,000 per month
• Ambulance Driver: Rs. 30,000-45,000 per month

Application Fee

No application fee. Candidates need to appear in person with relevant documents.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on the walk-in interview conducted on the specified date.

How to Apply

1. Prepare an updated CV and gather all original and photocopies of educational, professional qualifications, experience certificates, and identity proofs (PAN Card/Aadhaar Card etc.).
2. Report at the Reception, Administrative Block of South Asian University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi by 09:15 AM on 27 October 2026.
3. Attend the walk-in interview starting from 10:30 AM onwards.
4. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
5. University may relax age limit and offer higher remuneration for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.
