Allahabad University Shifts Classes Online

The University of Allahabad has announced that teaching activities across all its departments and centres will be conducted online on 4 and 5 November 2026.

An official notification issued by the university’s Registrar on 2 November instructs faculty members to conduct their classes online on both days, following the prescribed timetable.

Students are expected to attend their scheduled classes online during these two days. The notification does not specify the reason for this temporary shift to online mode, nor does it provide details about the online platforms to be used or any changes to other academic activities.

The arrangement is currently limited to 4 and 5 November, with no announced extension beyond these dates. Students are advised to maintain contact with their respective departments for further instructions and updates.
