National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a corrigendum to its earlier Office Memorandum dated 17 September 2026 regarding the procedure for issuing duplicate scorecards. The corrigendum introduces corrections and additions effective immediately with approval from the Competent Authority.

Key Updates in Corrigendum

  • A new clause added allowing submission of a report if applicable, making it non-mandatory and only required if the applicant lodges a report.
  • Deletion of previous paragraphs 5.2, 5.3, and 7.3 concerning procedural details.
  • The fee for the duplicate scorecard must be paid through the online payment gateway integrated with the NTA portal using NEFT transaction. Bank details for payment are: Canara Bank, Account: National Testing Agency, Account No.: 86882010019080, IFSC: CNRB0000268. If online payment is not feasible, the fee may be remitted via Demand Draft payable to “National Testing Agency” at New Delhi.
  • No physical copy of the duplicate scorecard will be provided as it is an electronically generated document.
  • Updated instructions regarding annexures I, II and III for application form, affidavit, and indemnity-cum-undertaking to conform with the corrigendum changes, including provisions for loss, theft, mutilation, or destruction of original scorecard.

All other aspects of the original Office Memorandum remain unchanged.
