Tezpur University has issued an important notification advising all eligible students to promptly complete the Aadhaar seeding of their bank accounts. Details of the Notification

The Directorate of Higher Education, Assam has commenced the process of transferring the DBT instalment for the MMNMA scheme starting from 28 October 2026. During the verification process, it has been observed that some students have yet to complete the Aadhaar seeding process.

To avoid any delay in receiving the financial benefits, all eligible students who have not completed Aadhaar seeding are advised to do so immediately.

All concerned students should treat this matter with urgency and ensure that their Aadhaar number is linked to their bank accounts without further delay to enable timely receipt of the September 2026 DBT instalment.
