CUO Samarth login
Central University of Odisha runs student records, staff services and recruitment on Samarth eGov, a Ministry of Education initiative for university administration, and each part has its own address. These are the 4 portals that answered in the university's name when we checked on 30 Oct 2026:

Student Portal: cuo.samarth.edu.in
Students of CUO sign in here with their enrolment number and password. Depending on what CUO has switched on, this is where students pay fees, register for exams, see results and download marksheets, apply for a hostel room and raise a grievance.
- First time: choose New Registration, enter your programme, your name and your enrolment or examination roll number exactly as in the university's records, type in the OTP sent to your mobile and email, and set a password.
- Forgot the password: use Reset Password on the same page. Never register a second time: Samarth's own guide warns that a duplicate account breaks the link to your records.
- Result not showing: marks appear only after the teacher uploads and verifies them and the university publishes the result.
Staff and admin login: cuo.samarth.ac.in
Teachers, officers and non-teaching staff of CUO sign in to this Samarth eGov Suite with the username the university gave them. Here they keep their service record and handle leave and pay, and teachers enter the marks of their courses. Accounts are made by the university's Samarth administrator: there is no sign-up.
- First Time Login: the portal emails you a verification code; enter it and set your password.
- Forgot Password is on the login page. If the mail does not come, the Samarth administrator of CUO can reset the password.
Recruitment portal: cuorec.samarth.edu.in
For the jobs CUO advertises on this portal, sign up first with your email ID (one account covers all the posts of an advertisement), apply to the posts and pay any fee online, then sign in with your registered email ID and password; Reset Password is on the login page.
Recruitment portal (non-teaching): cuont.samarth.edu.in
CUO uses this portal mainly for non-teaching posts, apart from the recruitment portal above. Applicants sign in with the registered email and password, and Reset Password is on the same page.

If you cannot sign in
- Check the address. Every CUO portal above ends in samarth.edu.in or samarth.ac.in and opens over https. Type your password only there: this site never asks for it.
- Something missing after you sign in? Samarth shows only the modules the university has switched on, and only the menus of the roles given to your account. Ask your department or the Samarth administrator of CUO.
