Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University informs all applicants for the Section Officer (Deputation) posts to check their eligibility status and screening comments on the SAMARTH recruitment portal. Applicants must use their login ID and password created during application submission to access the portal at https://hnbgunt.samarth.edu.in.
Applicants should carefully review the screening comments and eligibility status marked against their online applications. Those with comments requiring additional documents must upload the requisite certificates/documents under the ‘Add Uploads’ tab after logging in to the portal. Candidates marked “Eligible” do not need to upload any further documents.
Certificate/document upload is allowed until 6 November 2026 (11:59 PM). Only certificates issued on or before the closing date of the original application will be considered. No other submission mode besides the SAMARTH portal is accepted.
After reviewing uploaded documents and applications, the university will update the final status on the SAMARTH portal. Further updates will be communicated through the university website and registered emails. Candidates are advised to regularly check their registered emails and the university website for updates.
