Visva Bharati Radiologist Recruitment 2026: 1 Post, Apply by 20 November

Pearson Memorial Hospital, Visva Bharati, Santiniketan, has invited applications for the post of Radiologist on a part-time contract basis. There is 1 vacancy available. The engagement is purely contractual for six months initially, extendable under certain conditions. Eligibility

• Indian citizenship is mandatory.
• Age limit: Not exceeding 45 years as of the application date.
• Essential qualifications:
  • MBBS degree from a recognised university.
  • MD in Radio Diagnosis or equivalent from a recognised medical institute.
  • Permanent registration with the West Bengal Medical Council.
• Desirable: At least one year of post-MD experience in Radio Diagnosis (preferred but not mandatory).
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in West Bengal.

Pay Scale

The post carries a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 75,000 per month. This amount is fixed and no additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, or Travel Allowance will be paid. Regular government benefits including Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Treatment, Seniority, and Promotion are not applicable.

Selection Process

2. Fill the application form with all required details including your name (in block letters), parent/spouse name, date of birth, age, sex, permanent and correspondence addresses with PIN codes, telephone/mobile number, and email ID.
3. Enter educational qualifications percentages/marks for Madhyamik (equivalent), HS/10+2 (equivalent), MBBS, and MD or equivalent.
4. Provide your permanent registration number with the West Bengal Medical Council and details of your experience, if any.
5. Paste a self-attested passport-size colour photograph in the designated box.
6. Sign the declaration and add the place and date on the form.
7. Attach self-attested copies of the following documents:
   • Aadhaar card (identity proof with parent/spouse name).
   • Proof of date of birth (preferably Birth Registration Certificate).
   • Educational certificates (Madhyamik, HS/10+2, MBBS, and MD or equivalent).
   • West Bengal Medical Council registration certificate.
